Effect of Salts on the Inactivation of anti-phage Serum by dring

Abstract
When anti-phage serum diluted in 0.5 % Nacl and 0.05MoI MgSO, solution respectively is dried at 50C, the outlook of serum inactivation was a upward curve-appearance as that diluted in distilled water. And them, the serum was rapidly destroyed at the early stage of drying and, according to progressing of drying time, the destroying rate became gradually lowered.
NaCl and M,SO, have somewhat protected the serum activity against drying.
